Hardware - required

- Microsoft Exchange Source

-Network Attached Storage

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  For Help Desk Tech     

 

1.           
Provides support to end users by maintaining, researching, troubleshooting, and
repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

2.           
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical
support.

3.           
Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.

4.           
Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software
systems as directed by supervisor.

5.           
Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and
printers.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

1.           
Associates Degree in computer science or related field.

2.           
Two years previous Help Desk experience preferred.

3.           
Knowledge supporting windows XP/VISTA/7 workstations and Microsoft Office
Suites.  Microsoft Windows certification is a  plus..

4.           
Excellent keyboarding skills.

5.           
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate
technical guidance and instructions to users via telephone, email or in person
